Wilson Concrete has purchased the assets of Bridgeton-based Concrete Forming, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
“The acquisition enables us to augment our core concrete flatwork business with foundation construction to provide commercial, institutional and residential customers with single-source service,” said Scott Inserra, president of Wilson Concrete.
Concrete Forming was founded in 1984. It currently employs 20 people, all of whom will be retained by Wilson. Kent Nentwig will remain with the company during the transition period.
Wilson Concrete employs 35 people and is based at 13084 Gravois Rd. in Sunset Hills. The expanded firm will operate from the Sunset Hills address.
