Isle of Capri Casino, Inc. has selected the joint venture team of S. M. Wilson & Co. and Gulfport, Mississippi based Roy Anderson Corp to construct its new $125 million casino project in Cape Girardeau along the Mississippi River.
The 166,000 square foot, two-level facility will feature a 41,000 square foot gaming floor plus, several restaurants, a bar with live entertainment lounge, a 750-seat theater and event center and 1,000-space parking lot.
Construction is scheduled for completion in late 2012. Anderson-Wilson Joint Venture will provide general contracting services. Kuhlmann Design Group is the project's architect.
