Wilson Builds Ballwin Senior Facility

S. M. Wilson has been selected by Formation Shelbourne Senior Living Services, LLC to construct a new assisted living facility in Ballwin.

The 68,000 square foot, three-story facility will house 86 living units, including 60 assisted living units and 26 memory care units. Other amenities will include a kitchen and dining rooms, living rooms, activity rooms, a computer/library room, wellness room, café, garden room, salon, spa and theater. The 4.5 acre site will also feature numerous outdoor courtyards and a pond.
Construction will begin in this spring and is scheduled for completion in 2012. S. M. Wilson is providing general contracting services. Perkins & Will is architect for the project.

S. M. Wilson has been building successful senior living facilities for 30 years, and experiences continued growth in this market. In the past six years, the company has completed more than $190 million of senior living projects.
