Walton Construction has completed construction of Chesterfield Medical Institute, a new 20,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgical center in Chesterfield, Missouri. The $6.8 million medical facility houses three medical practices including Laser & Dermatologic Surgery Center, West County Dermatology and Generation Dental Group. Owners of the Chesterfield Medical Institute are Dr. George Hruza, Dr. Dan Ring and Dr. Julie Ring.
The two-story building on Chesterfield Parkway is wrapped in brick with limestone accents. Oversized windows allow sunlight to enter throughout the building. A steel sunshade and decorative tubing accent the entrance canopy and elevated stair towers.
Walton completed the project on time and on schedule.
