Terracon announced the addition of Amy Drewing; Darren Matchison, EIT; and Meghan Reed, EIT to its St. Louis office.
Drewing joins the environmental department as an environmental scientist with five years of experience performing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations, asbestos and mold services and regulatory compliance. Her Phase I experience covers a variety of sites including industrial, commercial, institutional, agricultural and telecommunications-related facilities in eleven states. Drewing has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Southeast Missouri State University.
Matchison joins the St. Louis office as a project manager in its geotechnical department. He brings more than three years experience in geotechnical engineering, recently transferring from the Cincinnati office, where he was a staff geotechnical engineer. His experience and services include performing engineering analysis, including slope stability analyses and deep and shallow foundation recommendations.
Matchison is an engineer in training and has a master's and bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Louisville, Kentucky.
Reed brings five years of experience in environmental engineering to her role as a staff environmental engineer in the environmental department. Her areas of expertise include subsurface investigations, well installation, groundwater monitoring and sampling and remediation system operation and maintenance. Reed is an engineer in training and has a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
