In January 2008, the company’s three owners, brothers Robert, James and John Kaiser, sold 70 percent of their stock in the company to five long-time Kaiser employees. Giacin purchased the majority of the stock at 30 percent, with the remaining four employees, Mike Lundry, Mike Murphy, Ken Naumann, and Jerry Dorhauer, each purchasing 10 percent.

“My primary focus will be continuing Kaiser’s commitment to its existing clients and to develop new relationships with customers looking for value and stability through performance and professionalism,” said Giacin. “Another goal for 2009 is to keep the positive momentum and success going at our newly opened Illinois office.”
