Solon Gershman Completes 31,310 Square Foot Industrial Lease

Louis Ojile and Bill Parnas of Solon Gershman, Inc., an ONCOR  International affiliate, represented the landlord, Jay and Jay Realty Company, and also the
tenant, JSJS Industries, in the lease of 31,310 SF of industrial space at 8393 Page Ave.l

JSJS Industries leased the entire 31,310 SF class C industrial warehouse building.

Built in 1969, the building features 18-foot ceiling heights and about a 10 percent office finish. JSJS Industries manufactures golf cart tops and covers.
