S. M. Wilson has been selected to build a $10 million elementary school for the Normandy School District.
The two-story, 65,000 square-foot school will include a gymnasium, cafetorium, kitchen, media center, administrative office space, classrooms, science labs, a band platform/stage and a computer room.
The project is scheduled for completion in July, 2010. The project includes extensive demolition and earthwork. The program has a 25 minority participation requirement.
TRi Architects is architect for the project.
