Scott J. Wilson, President of S. M. Wilson & Co. has been elected Chairman of the Board of the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis (AGC). He succeeds Tracy E. Hart of Tarlton Corporation who remains on the AGC Board of Directors. Mr. Wilson has served in a variety of capacities within the AGC as a member of the Board of Directors since 1998, executive committee since 2000, as well as chairing the AGC’s Education Foundation. Wilson is an active participant in the Construction Careers Center charter high school where he serves as a mentor in the Career Coaching Program and actively supports the Big Brothers Big Sisters programs.
Other officers of the AGC for 2009 are: Chair Elect of the Board – Robert Fritz, Clayco; Vice Chair of the Board – Paul Hartwig, McCarthy Building Companies; Treasurer – Michael J. Perry, H.B.D. Contracting, Inc.; Secretary –Todd Korte, The Korte Company.
