SCI Names Billings Project Scientist

SCI Engineering, Inc. (SCI) announced that Scott Billings was promoted to project scientist.

Billings joined SCI's Natural Resource Services group in 2006 and specializes in wetland delineations, Section 404/401 permitting services, and threatened and endangered species. His previous experience includes interning for the Governor's Environmental Corps (GEC) - Hazardous Waste Permitting, for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in Springfield, Illinois.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, and is pursuing his Master of Science degree in Environmental Science. He currently resides in Staunton, Illinois.
