The National Association of Commercial Contractors (NACC), a new organization that promotes local contractors to regional restaurant and retail chains, has launched in the Midwest, with headquarters in St. Louis.
"We are here to bring together local contractors and national chains," said Barry Spiegelglass, NACC Founder and Executive Director. "Our mission is to help build relationships and expand the business opportunities of our members. Strength in numbers is an important part of our philosophy and one of the most valuable parts of membership."
The NACC represents and promotes general contractors who qualify to be the representative general contractor of a national concept or chain in a given region. Members are the only contractor marketed for a given metropolitan region, so there is no competition between members of the NACC. At the same time, members are encouraged to network with one another.
"We are continuously working to develop a variety of resources for our members," Spiegelglass said. "Relationship building is key, but we also provide services such as a unique website for each member, association newsletters, member and owner directories, and member conferences and seminars."
Membership includes Spiegelglass Construction of St. Louis, A.R.C. Construction of Kansas City, and Mattcon General Contractors of Indianapolis, and the group is accepting applications from select contractors. The NACC is a membership-based organization whose mission is to bring together local general contractors with regional restaurant and retail chains. The NACC strives to provide business and networking opportunities in addition to serving as a marketing resource for its member local contractors in cities nationwide.
