Premier Renews McCarthy Healthcare Agreement

The group purchasing division of the healthcare alliance Premier, Inc. has renewed a national agreement with McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. to provide construction management services/general contracting and consulting services to Premier's more than 1,500 acute care hospital members.  McCarthy is one of the nation's leading healthcare builders, with offices nationwide.

Since 2003, McCarthy has offered Premier members comprehensive construction management and/or general contracting services on renovation, replacement and new facility healthcare projects, as well as a menu of consultant services directly related to healthcare capital improvements.  Consulting services include such areas as: selection of the appropriate project delivery method for the owner's needs, assisting the owner in the refinement of internal systems to ensure successful project outcomes and structured utilization of Premier's Supplier agreements.
