Pinnacle Managing Community Tire Distribution Expansion

 Pinnacle Contracting, Inc., is managing a $3 million expansion of Community Tire's wholesale warehouse and distribution facility on Pershall Road, just off I-270 in Hazelwood.

Community Tire serves more than 3,000 customers in Missouri, Illinois, Iowa and Indiana out of the facility.

Work on the 61,000-square-foot addition to the current 185,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to be completed this fall.

Architect is Core 10; sub-contractors include Budrovich Excavating, Inc.; Vee-Jay Cement Contracting Company, Inc.; Kupferer Brothers Iron Work; Kmeier Roof Systems, Inc.; Mehaffy Door & Hardware Company; FireTech, LLC; Systemaire, Inc., and Kaemmerlen Electric Company.
