Pinnacle Expedites Finish on Two Retail Spaces

Pinnacle Contracting, Inc., recently completed fast turnarounds on two retail spaces for Pace Properties.

Pace Properties retained Pinnacle to renovate and upgrade the exterior of a 28,500-square-foot structure at 6910 S. Lindberg Blvd. for use by national retailer JoAnn Fabric & Craft Stores. That retail organization, with more than 750 stores, then bid the interior work to their special needs and selected Pinnacle.

Together, the two projects include replacing and improving the customer entrance, the fire safety system and the roof, as well as a complete new interior, new flooring, new plumbing, new electrical system, an energy management system and an HVAC system.

Architects were Aedis Inc. and Design-Forum Architects, Inc.

Pace also retained Pinnacle for the complete, and prompt, interior renovation of 12,900 square feet of retail space to include flooring, walls, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Pinnacle also updated the storefront, sidewalks and all exterior and interior doors.

National retailer Tuesday Morning now occupies the space at Central Plaza on Manchester Road in Ballwin. The store is the organization's 11th St. Louis area location and among more than 800 stores nationally.

Architects were Aedis Inc. and mechanical engineers were G & W Engineering.
