Pinnacle Contracting, Inc., is completing construction this month on new and expanded retail space for Chuck's Boots on Biltmore Drive in Fenton.
The 25,000-square-foot project provides a larger display area for the 30,000 pairs of work, western, uniform and motorcycle boots, western apparel and motorcycle apparel always on-hand, as well as expanded stock room, offices and conference space.
In recognition of the larger space being taken over by Chuck's Boots, the retail center which currently is known as the "Biltmore 300" will be re-named "Chuck's Boots Plaza." Signage will be changed later this year.
Architect is Core 10; sub-contractors include Marschel Wrecking, LLC; Kertz Iron Works; Mehaffy Door and Hardware Company; Budget Glass and Door Company; Kardell Plumbing Inc.; McDaniel Fire Systems; Sanderson Electric Inc. and Blast Technologies, Inc..
