PDF Recognizes Craftsmanship, Project Management

Whether it was framing a new bank building around an operating facility or repairing factory-applied coatings on a power plant job where liquidated damages for late completion were $250,000 per day, signatories of the Painting and Decorating Foundation of St. Louis earned the recognition they won at the recent PDF "Finishing Touch" awards.
