Paul Meier Heads Habitat Real Estate

Habitat for Humanity Saint Louis has announced that Paul Meier has been hired as Real Estate Development Manager.

Meier comes to Habitat from the St. Louis Development Corporation where he was a commercial development specialist. He was responsible for analyzing development projects with public tax incentives such as tax abatement and TIF (tax increment financing). He also worked toward ensuring that the development goals of St. Louis Development Corporation/City of St. Louis were met in development projects.

Prior to his work at the SLDC, Mr. Meier was a historic researcher/assistant developer with Restoration St. Louis. He has a BA in history from Saint Louis University, and an ASS in Building Preservation and Restoration from Belmont Technical College in St. Clairsville, Ohio.
