Paric Completes South Side Senior Project

Paric Corp.has completed a $7.8 million mixed-use and senior living development for Minneapolis-based Dominium Development and Acquisition, LLC. 

The development serves those 55 years and older and combines 87 senior apartments with the convenience of ground floor retail.  Services include a computer center, multi-purpose room, dining hall, exercise room, recreational activities and a courtyard. 

The project, located on South Grand Boulevard in the City of St. Louis, utilized Low Income Housing Tax Credits and funds from MHDC.

Paric served as general contractor on the three-level, 76,000-square-foot wood frame and brick building, completing the project ahead of schedule.
