Paric Completes BaratHaven Alzheimer’s Center

Paric has completed the BaratHaven Alzheimer's Center, located in Dardenne Prairie, more than a month ahead of schedule and under budget.

The $4.5 million project for the O'Fallon Care Group, LLC included construction of a 31,396-square-foot, single story Alzheimer special care unit featuring 38 units housing 66 beds, as well as formal dining, living and activity areas, a salon and a central courtyard.

Architect for the project was Wedgewood Architectural Services/LJB Designs of Vancouver, WA, with civil engineering services provided by Cole and Associates of St. Louis and structural engineering by Alpine Engineering of Couer d'Alene, ID.
