Paric Completes $4.8 Million Ballpark Hilton Addition

Paric Corporation has a completed renovation and expansion project at the former Ballpark Hilton, located in the former World's Fair Spanish Pavilion. The project added a 16,000-square-foot, two-story meeting room.   Paric completed the $4.8 million project ahead of schedule and under budget while overcoming a long list of construction challenges.   

This is Paric's second successful project completion with Lodging Hospitality Management at the high-profile location at One South Broadway across from Busch Stadium.  The new meeting space features views of the St. Louis Arch and high-end amenities, such as imported Italian carpets.

Work was scheduled around ongoing events at the hotel and the hotel remained open during the renovations.  ACI Boland served as architect on the project.
