Northstar Management Company, LLC, Celebrates 10 Year Company Milestone

Northstar Management Company, LLC, is is celebrating 10 years of operations.  In that decade Northstar program management services have included more than $3 billion in construction projects throughout St. Louis and the Midwest.
 
Northstar was founded in 1998 by Ken Kadel and Ken Cates. Northstar has grown from a company of three to its current size of 19 full-time employees.
 
Northstar serves as an independent owner's representative/program management firm whose sole focus is representing the owner's best interests throughout the planning, design and construction process. All Northstar projects to date have been completed on time, within budget, and have met or exceeded the owner's expectations for facility use and function, Ken Cates said

Currently, projects for which Northstar provides project management services include The Chase Park Plaza, St. Anthony's Medical Center, St. John's Mercy Medical Center, and Mid-America Transplant.
