Negwer Materials Inc. has promoted Jerry Lenger to vice president/general manager of its Negwer Door Systems division.
Lenger, a more than 30-year veteran in the door sector, is responsible for managing and supervising the door division’s four locations in St. Louis and Columbia, Mo., and Chatham and Belleville, Ill. His expanded role includes maintaining and upholding Negwer’s corporate responsibilities.
Lenger joined Negwer in 2000 and became general manager of Negwer Door Systems in 2005 when Negwer Materials Inc. opened the new division to offer clients the latest technologies and trends in the door industry.
“Jerry has been instrumental in building and growing Negwer Door Systems,” said Scott Negwer, president and CEO of Negwer. “His vast knowledge of the door industry is a great asset to Negwer, and we all feel privileged to have such an expert on our team.”
Lenger is a member of the Door and Hardware Institute and currently is serving as a member of its board of directors.
