Mitchell Merges with Millstone Bangert

Frank C. Mitchell Co. and Millstone Bangert, Inc. have joined together to create MB Mitchell, LLC.  Robert C. Mitchell, PE, president of Mitchell, and Thom Kuhn, president of Millstone-Bangert made the announcement.

MB Mitchell, LLC will provide the same services in plumbing, piping and site utility work that Frank C. Mitchell Co. has offered since 1947.

The new company will begin formal operations on Jan. 1, 2010.
