Mike Perry named AGC of St. Louis Chairman

Michael J. Perry, President of H.B.D. Contracting, Inc., has been elected chairman of the board of the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis (AGC). He succeeds Robert Fritz of Clayco who remains on the AGC Board of Directors in the capacity of Immediate Past Chairman.

Perry has served in a variety of capacities within the AGC as a member of the Board of Directors since 2006, and the executive committee since 2008. He has served on the Finance & Budget Committee and has participated in the AGC's strategic planning process in both 2008 and 2010. As a result of the 2008 strategic plan, Perry chaired the Membership Task Force to broaden and enhance AGC's membership categories and services.

Other officers of the AGC for 2011 are: Chair Elect of the Board - Kelly Kenter, Sitelines, Inc.; Vice Chair of the Board - Dirk G. Elsperman, Tarlton Corporation; Secretary - Tom Huster, KCI Construction Company; and, Treasurer - Joseph M. Kaiser, BSI Constructors, Inc.

Serving on the Board representing contractor members are: Amy Berg, S. M. Wilson & Co.; Pam Duffy, Rhodey Construction, Inc.; Joshua E. Foster, J.E. Foster Building Company; Ryan Freeman, McCarthy Building Companies; Nehley Goodwin, Goodwin Brothers Construction Co.; Phil Hocher, Pace Construction Company; John A. Komlos, ARCO Construction Co., Inc.; Joshua Randall, Kwame Building Group, Inc.
