The American Subcontractors Association Midwest Council has elected new officers and directors effective July 1 for the 2010-2011 fiscal year.
The new officers and directors are as follows:

• Steve Giacin, Kaiser Electric, secretary
• Mark O'Donnell, O'Donnell, Bonebrake & Company, treasurer
• Jim Freeman, The Freeman Contracting Co. Inc., immediate past president
• Chris O'Hagan, Holmes, Murphy, director
• Robert Trask, Parkway Construction Services, director
• Phil Hesse, Gateway Waterproofing & Restoration, director
• Sandra Wilmoth, Midwest Marble & Granite, director
• Vincent Irwin, Irwin Products, director
• Rick Williams, A.R.T. Concrete & Tool Supply, director
Walter Bazan, Jr., Bazan Painting Company is the ASA National Treasurer and Tom McDonnell, George McDonnell & Sons is serving on the National Board of Directors.
The American Subcontractor Association is a construction trade association of specialty contractors and supplier serving the construction industry and the community. ASA Midwest Council's purpose is to improve the construction process through active participation in education, legislation and cooperation.
