Meet the GC Event “Better Than Email”

Approximately 800 people attended the American Subcontractors Association Midwest Chapter's annual "Meet the GCs" event Wednesday at the St. Charles  Convention Center.

Past President Walter Bazan said that with the spread of electronic documents the  networking event is even more is important than ever before. "Plan  rooms are almost a thing of the past," he said, "but you still have to build  relationships, and you can't do that by email."

Bazan said the Meet the GC event gives subcontractors "a chance to get to know their customers and potential customers."
