The Building Owners and Managers Association of St. Louis (BOMA) recently presented its annual "Todd Arnold Member of the Year" Award to Mary Daniels of Woodard Cleaning & Restoration.
Selected by the BOMA Board of Directors and Past Presidents Council, Daniels was recognized for her active participation in several BOMA committees and her help in the development of the annual Real Estate Trade Expo, in addition to her ongoing commitment to the organization as a whole.
As an account manager with Woodard Cleaning & Restoration, Daniels is responsible for seeking prospective clients and ensuring customer satisfaction with Woodard's services.
"Mary is an asset not only to BOMA, but to Woodard as well," said Ann Bueler, Co-President of Woodard. "Her ability to build professional working relationships with her clients is exceptional, and she works tirelessly on their behalf to guarantee our services exceed expectations. Mary brings the same level of dedication to all of her endeavors, and we are very proud of her accomplishments both here and with BOMA."
Woodard Cleaning & Restoration Services was founded in 1946 as St. Louis' first in-home rug and carpet cleaning company, and is now the area's largest commercial and residential cleaning company for carpets, rugs and furniture.
