Manning Name IMPACT PM

Scott Manning, a project engineer for IMPACT Strategies, has been promoted by the company to project manager. In this new role, Manning will be responsible for projects from groundbreaking through completion, addressing any issues or concerns of the project and serving as a vital link between field operations and the client.

Manning has worked for IMPACT as a project engineer since September 2010. He previously worked for IMPACT Strategies as an intern while completing his construction management degree at SIU-E. Manning also worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Scott Air Force Base.

Mark Hinrichs, president of IMPACT Strategies, states, "Scott has done an outstanding job for us as a project engineer and I expect he will excel in the position of project manager. He has the knowledge, organizational and leadership skills needed to do very well in this position."

Manning is a resident of Troy, Ill. He is a member of the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis, Southern Illinois Builders Association and the Emerging Construction Professionals Council.
