Construction is officially underway by Kozeny-Wagner on a new $1.7 million parish center addition at St. Mark Catholic School. A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday, April 21st to commemorate the construction milestone.
Overall scope of work for the 12,500 Sq. Ft. Parish Center addition includes a new gymnasium for school/church sports and events and new restrooms which will be adjoined to the existing building. A new parking lot will also be constructed to add space for the additional use of the building. Completion of the project is slated for Fall 2010.
The project team is Kozeny-Wagner, general contractor; M+H Architects, architect of record; Pillar Design Team, MEP Engineer; and CEDC, civil engineer.
