Kaiser Wires Godfrey, IL Assisted Living

Kaiser Electric was recently awarded a contract to wire a new $15 million assisted living facility under construction in Godfrey, IL.  

Provision Living at 1373 Dadrian Professional Park will be a two-story, 57,140-square-foot facility with 79 units, two centralized courtyards and common areas for dining and entertainment. The units will range in size from a 325-square-foot studio unit; a 415-square-foot, single bedroom unit; and a 730-square-foot, two bedroom unit.  

Kaiser Electric is providing turn-key electrical installation in the facility, which includes power and lighting throughout, an emergency generator, fire alarm system, security-card access system, CCTV and CATV systems, voice/data installation, nurse call system and wireless Internet system installation for all tenants.  

Construction on Provision Living is expected to be completed in November, 2009. The architect on the project is Thomas A. Tyler of St. Louis, MO and the developer and general contractor is Range COMM, LLC of St. Louis.
