Randall joined KWAME as a Sales Engineer in 2004. He was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2005 and to Vice President in 2006. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in electrical engineering. Randall began his career at Hewlett-Packard where he exceeded his sales goal by 150 percent. He later joined LuxN Inc., a fiber optic startup where he secured a multi-million-dollar contract with Time Warner.
Active in the community, Randall is a mentor in the Gentlemen's Club at Carnahan High School and serves on the St. Louis Science Center Emerging Leaders Board, the St. Louis Regional Business Council Young Leaders Steering Committee and the Board of Trustees for his children's school. He also is a member of the St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers Diversity Committee and was named to the St Louis Business Journal's "40 under 40" list. Randall is married and has two children.
