IMPACT Strategies Starts Belle Valley Project

Construction-management firm IMPACT Strategies has broken ground on a new, 26,650-square-foot facility for Power Maintenance & Constructors (PMC). 

The $2.25 million office/warehouse structure is being built on the last available lot in the third addition of Belle Valley Business Park in Belleville, IL. 

The new facility will replace PMC's existing location on N. 17^th Street in Belleville. 

The project is scheduled for completion in December. 

IMPACT Strategies joined forces with architectural firm Gray Design Group on the project.
