ICS Wins Seven Projects

ICS Construction Services, Ltd. has been selected by the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation to construct the Koch Health Center in Granite City, IL. The building is two-story 32,000 SF.

ICS Construction Services, Ltd. has been selected by the Kirkwood Schools to construct the following schools:

• Keysor School - three-story addition and renovation , consisting of 30,000 SF
• Nipher Middle School - three-story 20,000 SF building addition
• Nipher Middle School running tract and traffic control lanes
• Robinson Elementary School - three-story 18,000 SF building addition

ICS Construction Services, Ltd. has been selected by the St. Louis Community College to renovate the existing Corporate Center consisting of 32,000 SF.

ICS Construction Services, Ltd. has been selected by the Lindbergh School District to do the renovations and alterations at Truman & Sperreng Middle School ($3,750,000 project).
