Holland Construction Completes Ballwin Walgreens

Holland Construction Services has completed a Walgreens Store in Central Plaza in Ballwin, at 15253 Manchester Road.  The $2.6 million, 14,490-square-foot Walgreens retail location will replace the plaza's existing Walgreens, relocating to the site where a Hi-Fi-Fo-Fum store formerly stood. In addition to larger retail space, the new Walgreens store will offer a drive-thru pharmacy and photographic services for added customer convenience.

Holland Construction Services has a long working relationship with Pace Properties and the Walgreen Co. Aedis, Inc. of St. Louis performed architectural services. Among the multiple Walgreens retail locations constructed by Holland are the stores in Troy, MO, Watson Road in Crestwood, Kennerly Center in South St. Louis County, and North Lindbergh in Hazelwood.
