Holland Completes Villas at Crystal Lake

The new Villas at Crystal Lake community is nearing completion by Holland Construction Services Inc., with residents moving in over the past few months.

Spokesperson for Villas at Crystal Lake Donna Sandheinrich said Holland was very responsive throughout the process and despite weather obstacles, came in on time and on budget.

"We are very pleased with the process and the results," Sandheinrich said. "Any issue that comes along, the Holland team is on top of it immediately. We would absolutely recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future."
The upscale community offers a range of apartment sizes, all complete with the kind of chic luxury amenities needed for a carefree, enjoyable lifestyle.

The $26 million, three-story building community totals 211,000 square feet. With 216 living units, residents can choose from spacious one-bedroom, two-bedroom with two full baths, and one-bedroom with den configurations. Apartment homes feature all-electric appliances, plank flooring, granite-look countertops and full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. Every apartment home is fiber-optic wired for Internet and cable.

Throughout the property there are 36 fully-enclosed garages each with automatic garage door openers provided.
