Holland Construction Services, Inc. recently completed Fox Meadows supportive living facility in McLeansboro, IL.
Randy Dauby, president of Fox Meadows, said the need for a facility of this type for adults aged 65 and older was determined in 2001.a “Holland Construction did a super job,” Dauby said. “The company is very business-oriented and timely. Even though the project lost 35 days to rain, it was still completed on time.”
The $4 million, 30,430-square-foot Fox Meadows offers 41 studio and one-bedroom apartments, central full-service kitchen and dining room, and kitchenettes within individual apartments.
Blair Minton and Associates, Inc. will manage Fox Meadows. Gleason Architects, P.C. of Sugar Grove, Ill. provided architectural services on Fox Meadows.
