Holland Completes Centralia Senior Living Facility

Heritage Woods Supportive Living Facility in Centralia, IL is now open. The $6.4 million residential style senior living facility is the second Heritage Woods building that Holland Construction Services has completed for owner Blair Minton and Associates, Inc.

The 54,851 square feet of living space is the largest senior living facility in the area, with 74 units on two stories, divided into three wings. The T-shaped configuration features a central gathering and dining area, a kitchen and offices, flanked by the senior apartment units. Individual living quarters offer residents a private bathroom, kitchenette and individual heating and air conditioning controls.

Heritage Woods owner Blair Minton said the Centralia location is already about 80 percent occupied. “It’s such a pleasure to work with Holland,” Minton said. “The project was clean, on time and on budget. We’ve been very pleased with the quality of work provided.”
