Hilliker Corporation announced the following real estate transactions:

Patrick McKay represented 311 Partners LLC in the sale of the 28,000 sq.ft. office building located at 311 N. Lindbergh in St. Louis County to TS Servicing Co. represented by Retail Link Associates.

Jeff Altvater represented Jeanette C. Brew and Torrance Harris in the sale of the 34,500 sq.ft. office/warehouse building located at 3960 Page Avenue in St. Louis County to Great Rivers Community Capital representing itself.

Will Aschinger represented West St. Louis Glass Company LLC in the lease of 12,663 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space located at 11871 Adie Road by Onyx Capital LLC represented by Julie Nies of Discovery Group LLC.

Dan Johnson represented both parties in the sale of the 10,500 sq.ft. retail building located at 3443 N. Lindbergh in Bridgeton to Daniel J. Schmitt from J and M Spencer, LLC.

Scott Martin  represented both parties in the sale of the 10,000 sq.ft. office/warehouse building located at 1090 Hwy C in New Haven to JRB United LLC from SKI International Inc.

Peter Newton represented Reed Rubber Products Inc. in the lease of 25,875 sq.ft. of warehouse/manufacturing space located at 3901 Union Blvd., Union Seventy Center Business Park in the City of St. Louis by Union Seventy Partnership represented by Clark Properties.
