Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented Caito's Holding LLC in the sale of the 3,890 sq.ft. retail building located at 10012 Manchester Road in Kirkwood to Brannan/Williams Holdings, LLC represented by Coldwell Banker Gundaker.


Jeff Altvater and Hal Ball of Hilliker Corporation represented AHG Ventures, LLC in the sale of the 25,000 sq.ft. office building located at 1177 N. Warson Road in Olivette to St. Louis Arc, Inc. represented by Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Coldwell Banker Commercial.
