Hilliker Corporation announced seven recent real estatate transations.

Brian O'Connell of Hilliker Corporation represented both parties in the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. of office space located at 7350 Manchester Road in Maplewood to Herman London Group LLC by Maple King LLC.


Hal Ball of Hilliker Corporation represented both parties in the sale of the 9,000 sq.ft. office building located at 215 Dunn Road in Florissant to Metopolitan Urological Properties LLC from Gordon Hanish Partnership.


Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented both parties in the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space located at 147 & 149 Grand Avenue in Kirkwood to STL Furniture Warehouse Inc. by Danco Enterprise LLC.


Brian O'Connell and Peter Newton of Hilliker Corporation represented Richard and Elizabeth Nix in leasing the 5,520 sq.ft. office/retail building located at 5389 Arsenal in the City of St. Louis to Kim Salls, Behavior Intervention Services represented by Paula Priest of ReMax Results.
