Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented both parties in the sale of the 40,392 sq.ft. retail land site located at 1500 S. Kirkwood Road in Kirkwood to Sunset Square, LLC from Redcrest, LLC.


Will Aschinger of Hilliker Corporation represented H & A Restoration & Development LLC in the purchase of the 18,400 sq.ft. office/warehouse building located at 3100 Gravois in the City of St. Louis from Lochhead Manufacturing Company represented by Ted Greenbergh of CB Richard Ellis.


Scott Martin and Brian O'Connell represented Grizzly Investments LLC in leasing the 10,300 sq.ft. office/warehouse space located at 815 Sun Park Drive in Fenton to BNS South County LLC represented by Patricia McKelvey of McKelvey Properties.
