Hendricks & Partners announced the sale of four properties in Missouri for an undisclosed amount:

• Willowbend (208 units), located at 14343 Willowbend Park in Town & Country, MO
• Peachtree (156 units), located at 915 Peach Hill Lane in Chesterfield, MO
• Reflection Cove (194 units), located at 13992 Reflection Drive in Ballwin, MO
• Prospect Creek (244 units), located at 414 Point Return Drive in Ballwin, MO

The transactions were negotiated by Ken Aston of the St. Louis office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of both the seller and the buyers.
