Hendricks Completes Shrewsbury Sale

Hendricks & Partners announced  the sale of Shrewsbury Park, located at 4604 & 4608
Shrewsbury Avenue & 7417, 7419, 7421, and 7423 Murdoch Ave. in St. Louis. The 27-unit
apartment community was sold for an undisclosed amount.

The Seller was Shrewsbury, LLC of Clayton, MO.

The Buyer was a private investor from St. Louis, MO.

The transaction was negotiated by Ken Aston and Paul Cunningham of the St. Louis office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.
