Hendricks Announces Park 44 Sale

Hendricks & Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Park 44, located at 4426-4444 West Pine Boulevard in St. Louis, MO. The 148-unit apartment community was sold for an undisclosed amount.

The Seller was Park 44, LLC / Koch Development Co., Inc member of Clayton, MO. The Buyer was Park 44 UI, Limited Partnership of Northbrook, IL.

The transaction was negotiated by Ken Aston of the St. Louis office of Hendricks & Partners on behalf of both the Buyer and the Seller.
