HDA, Wilson Complete Texas Beverage Facility

HDA Architects recently designed a 157,000 square-foot distribution center for L & F Distributors in Corpus Christi, TX.

The building cost $11.9 million to construct; SM Wilson & Co. was the general contractor. Some of the building materials are insulated concrete tilt-wall panels, fully adhered roof membrane, ceramic tile floors, and wood finishing in the executive areas.
