Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc., a real estate services firm, today announced two recent transactions:

Leases
TRANE U.S. Inc. leased a 9,200-square foot industrial space for 61 months at 1605 Eastport Tech Center Drive in Collinsville, Illinois from MDC Eastport, LLC. David H. Gitt of Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc. and Tamara Haney of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Corporate Service Group represented the tenant in this transaction. Ben Haas and Mark McNulty of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Sales
David French c/o Mediquip Parts Plus purchased a 34,526-square foot industrial building at 4639 Waldo Industrial Drive in High Ridge, Missouri from L M & N Building LLC. Paul Nagel and Rudy Stinnett of Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc. represented the seller in this transaction. Kevin McKeon of NAI DESCO represented the buyer.
