Gundaker Commercial Announces Pierre Laclede Lease

Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc., a leading local real estate services firm, today announced the following transaction:

RiverVest Venture Management LLC extended their lease of 6,539 square feet of Class A office space for 39 months at Pierre Laclede Center II in Clayton with KBSII Pierre Laclede Center, LLC. Robert A. Busch, Esq., CCIM of Gundaker Commercial Group, Inc. represented the tenant in this transaction. Jeff Kaiser and Mark Palmer of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.
