Grubb & Ellis|Gundaker Commercial announced that Vernon Martens and Faith Martens, along with Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, represented STL Craigshire, LLC (Seller) in the sale-leaseback of 36,561 square feet of industrial space at 1940 Craigshire Rd in St. Louis, Missouri from Net Lease Holdings, LLC (Buyer). Total consideration: $2,725,000.
