Gray Design Group completed architectural and interior design services for the new 20,000-square-foot, multi-tenant Fountains Court Building in Fairview Heights, Ill., which houses the 5,000-square-foot headquarters of commercial builder, Impact Strategies. Gray’s design team created a brand identity consistent with Impact’s corporate image, using multi-textural interior and exterior materials and exposed structure as prominent design features.
“We worked with Impact on creating a facility that highlights its excellent craftsmanship skills,” said Wendy Gray, principal, Gray Design Group. “The usage of exterior materials allowed us to maximize the design budget while creating a very unique atmosphere that evokes a strong architectural presence and quality.”
Impact’s clients are greeted with a gridded glass wall of varied glass types and colors that acts as a shared backdrop central to both reception and the client collaboration center. A large, centrally located kitchen/lounge doubles as additional meeting space.
Gray’s design team included Gray and Principal Toby Heddinghaus, along with project manager Ashley Smith.
