Geotechnology, Inc. Announces Newest Shareholders

Geotechnology, Inc., a geotechnical and environmental consulting firm has announced two new shareholders: John Bostwick and Michael Roark. Existing shareholders invited the two employees to join them in ownership of the company, which brings the total number of shareholders to 16. Geotechnology is a private, employee-owned company.

The new shareholders were extended an invitation to purchase Geotechnology, Inc. stock based on a number of traits and skills, including contribution to the company in comparison to peers, passion for company success, superior profitability in project management, technical leadership, setting a good example for others, team player, long term outlook, high energy and enthusiasm and the ability to bring in work for the company.

The new shareholders are based at St. Louis headquarters.

John Bostwick, R.G., Drilling Group Manager, joined the firm in 1992.
Michael Roark.R.G., Senior Project Manager, joined the firm in 1999.

The 14 existing shareholders include Ed Alizadeh, John Baker, Frank Callanan, Steve Fults, Dominic Grana, Kenny Hemmen, Jim Howe, Phil Jozwiak, Jeff Klein, Duane Kreuger, Doug Lambert, Matt McQuality, Rick Pershall and Dale Smith. Geotechnology, Inc. was founded in 1984 by six Professional Engineers, including John Baker, the only co-founder remaining with the company.
